Is psychotherapy the right choice?

Psychotherapy or counselling can be useful ways of learning to understand oneself in the context of relationships at home, at work or with friends. Difficulties in making and sustaining relationships with others can be the result of unresolved conflict in the past
or because of deeply rooted ways of relating which are no longer viable. Psychotherapy or counselling can help in developing one's potential for growth and strengthening one's sense of belonging. The Cornwall Psychotherapy Practice includes
